Questions clubs ask
Do parents need an account?
No. Your coaches and volunteers sign in; families get email from the club and never need to log in.
Can we bring in our current roster?
Yes. Import a spreadsheet (CSV) from whatever you use today. You choose which column is which, and the import checks for duplicates before anything is saved.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. Every screen is built for a phone first, so weigh-ins and quick updates happen right at practice.
Who can see our data?
Only the people in your club, with the role you give them: Owner, Admin or Member. Clubs are kept apart inside the database itself, so one club can never see another's data.
How is our information kept safe?
Everything travels over encrypted connections, and each club's records are kept apart inside the database itself, not just hidden on screen. Volunteers can turn on two-step sign-in or passkeys, uploaded documents need an extra check to open, and the data is backed up every night.
Do you sell or share our data?
Never. Your club owns its data. The app has no ads and no tracking, and card details are entered on Stripe's secure page, so they never reach us. See our privacy policy for the details.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Subscribe any time during the 30 days; you won't be charged until the trial is over. If you don't subscribe, the club becomes read-only: everyone can still see everything and download reports, and nothing is deleted.
Can we cancel?
Any time, from the Billing page. Everything keeps working until the end of the period you paid for. See the refund and cancellation policy for details.
